Moscow offers tens of thousands of apartments in any area, so there is a natural question - where is the best? Although the price is considered one of the main factors, it does not always reflect the real picture. Comfort accommodation consists of indicators such as location, distance from the center, metro station, infrastructure and crime rate.

We reviewed all districts of Moscow in order to rank the best. Each position in the top is distinguished by something different, whether it be advanced entertainment centers, prestigious schools or large parks. We tried to have the standard amenities of each area represented, and outlined the moments that make it unique. When choosing to live with a child, it is recommended to pay attention not only to kindergartens and schools, but also the population. In new areas, there are few places in educational institutions, but there are enough young families. In the old - established social institutions, but not such a developed infrastructure.

The price per square meter in Moscow strongly depends on the proximity to the center. The eastern and western districts are closest to the most prestigious places of the capital, so the cost of housing is often greatly overestimated. However, not every district near the center offers good infrastructure, security and silence, so the price is not an indicator of credibility.

However, tenants warn that the infrastructure is not yet sufficiently developed, there is practically no entertainment. Developers promise to put a fitness center and several shopping complexes, but for now these are only plans. A significant disadvantage is the presence of psychiatric clinics and drug dispensaries near the parks, the morgue is located nearby. Ramensky is still developing, construction is actively underway, so noises will be pursued in the mornings and evenings. You can't hear them in the apartments, but you can't leave them in the parks.

9 Dorogmilovo

Dorogmilovo took the second place from the end in this top due to his convenient location. The main highways of the capital pass through the district: the Third Transport Ring, Kutuzovsky Prospect and a couple of others. On several sides it is surrounded by the Moscow River, along which trees are planted and a good road is laid.Despite its proximity to the central regions, Dorogmilovo has a good environment thanks to Victory Park. You can get to any place in Moscow from one of 4 metro stations, and there are several large supermarkets and shopping centers on the territory. An old Dorogomilovsky market remained there, which, however, negatively affects the security of the area.

Most Dorogmilovo like adults with plans to make a career. Located near Moscow City, very close to the largest business centers and a huge complex Poklonka Place. New housing a bit, the secondary housing consists of gray five-story building. However, inside the high ceilings, which in modern apartments can not be found. 8 Fili-Davydkovo

Housing prices are greatly overestimated; however, a massive demolition of dilapidated buildings is planned for 2019-2020, new complexes will appear instead. The main disadvantage is the proximity of the railway, some apartments can not avoid the noise of passing trains. There are traffic jams too, but not as serious as in the center.

7 Tagansky

A well-deserved 7th place in the top is the Tagansky district, which represents the best infrastructure for families with children. There are several dozen kindergartens, schools, the famous Cadet Corps. The area is quite old, so many large Russian retailers put their points there. The whole country knows about the Taganka Theater, besides it, the Moscow Children's Fairy Theater, several cinemas and sports clubs are located within walking distance. In general, the architecture of the area is a bit strange: from the old five-story building to the modern high-rise. There are even several apartment houses from the 19th century and old churches.

Tagansky is one of the central areas in which housing is not worth tens of millions. Apartments there are more expensive than in most places, but still available. The market exhibited premium property and secondary housing. The district causes mixed impressions, so we could not put it on a higher position. On the one hand - a safe place, one of the oldest in Moscow, all at your fingertips. On the other - huge traffic jams, the part beyond the Soda Ring is an industrial zone with dirty air and lack of greenery. Not to mention that the largest park in the area is the Kalitnikovskoye cemetery.

6 Yakimanka

Yakimanka appeared in the rating due to peace and tranquility, which is hard to meet in the capital. At the same time, the district is located not far from Khamovniki (our leader), just a few minutes by car to the center. Third Yakimanka occupy green areas and forest, including Neskuchny Garden, Gorky parks and Museon art.In terms of ecology, Yakimanka is not among the top three, but there are no large productions near. The area is considered one of the safest, tourists and immigrants settle in other places. The houses are located so that there is a kindergarten, a shop and a school nearby. On Shabalovka there is a huge cinema that accommodates all residents of the area. Yakimanka can not boast of historic buildings, most of the houses are represented by the usual gray five-story buildings and more modern complexes.

5 Arbat

If you describe all the possibilities of cultural recreation with children or an adult company, you will have to fill out a few pages. But there are kindergartens, schools, gymnasiums, hospitals, private medical centers and beauty salons on the Arbat. Especially advantageous is the area distinguished transport infrastructure, anywhere in Moscow can be reached by metro or tram, not to mention the bus stops every few hundred meters.

It would seem that Arbat is an ideal place for those who pay a few tens of millions for housing in the center. However, a huge number of noisy tourists, constant traffic jams and the lack of free parking spaces are familiar to anyone who has spent at least a week in the area. A weighty minus is the high crime rate - in 2016 alone, about 300 crimes were committed per thousand people. Arbat provides a unique opportunity to live in an elite apartment in the very center of the capital, but it is not an ideal place, especially for families with children.

4 Zyuzin

Zyuzino takes a decent fourth place in the top due to the large green area. On the territory there are several parks, three ponds, surrounded by forest, and a large river. It is pleasant to walk around the area, as the streets are surrounded by historic buildings, there are several old churches and other sights. Zyuzino was built up long ago, it is favorably distinguished from others by the well-established infrastructure. On the territory there are 19 kindergartens, more than 10 schools, several clinics and pharmacies, a free and private hospital. At any time of the year, sports centers and a large water park are waiting for visitors. Everything is within walking distance for residents of most homes.

Not far from Zyuzino there is a large forest with a free sports field and bicycle paths. Separately, note the absence of traffic jams (compared to other areas). Though Zyuzino deserved a place among the best, he had some disadvantages. Housing prices are greatly inflated, even taking into account the conditions created and the green zone. Some parts of the district have not yet been completed, the sounds of the construction will be accompanied by tenants for several more years.

3 Strogino

In the top three entered Strogino, which is one of the most suitable places to live with the whole family. On the territory there is a large number of kindergartens, schools, clinics and hospitals.Do not forget the developers and about the rest: the tenants visit several entertainment centers and cinemas. In summer, there is a public beach located near a large park. At any time of year, sports facilities are open for visitors of all ages. On the opposite bank of the Moskva River, which surrounds Strogino, there is the Silver Forest with the cleanest air, and a little closer is the public park. This area is one of the cleanest, second only to the leader of the top.

In addition to entertainment for all ages and a pleasant environment, Strogino can offer a calm and quiet environment. He has never entered the top ten criminal areas, you can walk along quiet streets day and night. In the summer, tenants ride along the Moskva River, in the winter they go skiing in the park. The choice of those who are thinking of buying an apartment, there are houses of different layouts and floors, because the area is not fully completed yet. It is planned to build housing complexes near the existing ones. Of the minuses, tenants say a very strong wind at any time of the year, especially in winter. In the old part of Strogino there are immigrants and immigrants from poorer areas, therefore the situation there is somewhat gloomy.

2 Krylatskoe

Krylatskoye deserved a decent second place due to the large amount of entertainment for children of all ages. It is here that the largest sports complex in Europe is located, where children enjoy all popular sports. If you do not want to spend time in the building, you can ride along the rowing canal, cycle track and cycle track, or gather friends and play football and volleyball on one of the many sites. Of course, there is in Krylatsky and the possibility of a relaxing holiday. On the territory there is a protected park Moskvoretsky, which includes several reserves and forest areas. To get around the whole territory, it will take more than one day! At the same time, the crime rate is extremely low. 1 Khamovniki

We put Khamovniki in the first place thanks to its unique ecology for the capital and the availability of a developed infrastructure. On three sides, the area is surrounded by the Moskva River, inside there are 3 ponds and a large square, the Maiden's Field. In Khamovniki it is pleasant to walk and see a variety of architectural monuments and ancient buildings, no gray five-story building and broken wooden houses. Even without a car, residents can get to any other area from 5 metro stations, a variety of bus and tram stations. Of course, the main roads could not avoid the well-known problem of the capital - traffic jams, but they pass much faster than in other areas.

Houses in Khamovniki are located in such a way that the main entertainment and educational institutions are within walking distance. Almost always in 10 minutes there is a school, kindergarten, grocery store or pharmacy. For the entire time of its existence, Khamovniki never appeared in 10 criminal areas, the situation here is calm. It suits both young couples and families with children, although there was also a significant minus. Khamovniki is considered an expensive location, so the prices per square meter are very high.The average apartment costs about 45 million, which cuts off a large number of buyers.
